The room was massive, the four poster bed was both impressive and comfortable. The staff were so friendly and helpful and went out off their way to make our stay. So magical. Our room had view's over the beer garden and on to the meandering Afon Conwy. The evening meals were well cooked and presented well. The waiting staff were very good. The full welsh breakfast was something to behold and filling and tasty. We had our pet with us and we were all made to feel most welcome. It was our wedding anniversary holiday and the staff helped me spring a surprise. My wife loved .

Plenty Car Park Spaces Nice Welcome on Check in No Lift No one offered to take case to room But on this occasion my son was there to help Room Very Clean and Spacious Lovely bedding and Fluffy Towels Tea Coffee in Room Wonderful Outdoor Seating We had a lunch 7 of us came in good time great service and quick to collect and clean plates when finished Lovely Lad collecting the glasses and worked in bar Breakfast Plentiful cereals and hot traditional Welsh Buffet Waiter nothing to much trouble Fantastic service

The hotel was really nice, it's in a small little village, there's a few pubs around but honestly the bar in the hotel although small, has a great atmosphere! Craig served us and was really friendly with great, quick service! The room was spacious but cosy at the same time. We had a great view of the lake and a seat in the window so I could enjoy my coffee and look at a great view. The breakfast was also really really nice, the staff were so welcoming in the morning and couldn't do enough for us.

From the minute we got there to when we left the staff were all brilliant. We had an evening meal very good menu I had Steak & Ale pie and my husband pork belly. Both very good portion size, hot and cooked to perfection. We couldn't manage a sweet. The service was quick. The bed was very comfortable and a nice quiet room. In the morning we had breakfast and a great selection of self service English breakfast, cereals, toast, juice and tea and coffee were provided.

Great location, lovely large room with wonderful view, exceedingly comfortable bed, good breakfasts, the riverside seating area, easy parking onsite, helpful staff, very dog friendly. There was a small music festival with several guitar bands in the grounds on one of the evenings, but not a problem I very much enjoyed it! Probably worth checking for events if you definitely need peace and quiet.
